Insulation material is divided into raw materials of inorganic thermal insulation materials, insulation materials and metal organic insulation materials; according to the microstructure of the materials can be divided into fibrous insulation materials, porous (micro bubble shaped) insulation material, thermal insulation materials and other kinds of layered. The performance of thermal insulation material depends on the thermal conductivity of the material, the smaller the thermal conductivity, the better its thermal insulation performance. The thermal conductivity of the thermal insulation material is related to its composition, apparent density, internal structure, the average temperature of heat transfer and the moisture content of the material. The most commonly used insulation materials in building envelope are usually lightweight porous or fiber materials, such as molded polystyrene foam, extruded polystyrene foam, rigid polyurethane foam, rock wool board, glass wool and so on.
In the container building, the heat insulation material can be divided into sheet and foam spraying (perfusion) material according to its product form. The commonly used thermal insulation sheet of aluminum foam sandwich panels, fire insulation rock wool board, melamine board, glass wool sandwich board, foam board, cotton (batt) sandwich board etc.. The commonly used thermal insulation foam spraying materials include polyurethane foam, polystyrene foam, PVC foam and so on.
Compared with sheet metal, the construction of foam spraying material is more convenient and has better plasticity. It can fully fill the gap between the interior panel and the box steel plate, reduce the generation of cracks, and improve the density of the enclosure structure. In addition, the foam spray material has strong adhesion, can form the whole with the case shell, and can wrap the pipeline, and fix the pipeline to the concave part of the corrugated steel plate, thereby saving space.
